CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow our used-car hire-purchase business in the Southern Region.

In this field‑based role, you will build relationships with used-car dealers, guide customers through the financing process, and strive to meet monthly sales targets with attractive commissions. Key duties include achieving Hire Purchase sales targets, sourcing dealer bases, maintaining strong rapport with dealers and customers, reviewing market strategies, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Outdoor Sales Executive (Auto Finance/Hire Purchase)

We are looking for a driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team at CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. in SOUTHERN REGION. In this field-based role, you will grow our used-car hire-purchase business by developing strong relationships with used-car dealers, supporting customers through the financing process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
