CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. in MELAKA is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and execute campaigns promoting our car-related products and services. This full-time role focuses on growing Hire Purchase sales and building a strong dealer network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar in car industry.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

• Achieve Hire Purchase sales targets and cross selling targets.
• Source and develop USED CAR dealers base to penetrate business.
• Maintain good business rapport with car dealers and customers.
• Regularly review market strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct site visits to perform verification and mitigate risk.

• Source and develop USED CAR dealers base to ensure effective penetration of business.
• Maintain continuous good business rapport with car dealers and customer.
• Regularly review on market strategy and action plan in order to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct site visits to perform further verification and to mitigate risk.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiar in car industry.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; multi-lingual skills are an advantage. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
