Job summary

SNT Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, staging, and dispatching, ensuring on-time, accurate processing of shipments.

You will monitor workforce productivity and coordinate with transporters and internal teams to resolve issues while upholding safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising outbound logistics operations.
• Ability to coordinate with transporters, delivery partners and internal teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound operations including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatching.
• Ensure all outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and manage workforce productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with transporters, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery or shipment issues.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Track and report outbound performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, accuracy rate).
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for outbound staff.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is completed accurately and filed properly.
