Job summary

SNT Global Logistics in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily outbound activities for B2B and B2C orders. You will ensure correct picking, packing and dispatch, while monitoring KPIs and SLAs to meet timelines.

You'll allocate manpower based on workload, lead daily briefings, maintain WMS/ERP records, and resolve delays. Collaboration with Customer Service, Inventory, and Transport teams will be essential for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outbound activities for B2B (bulk orders) and B2C (individual orders).
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and within the required timeline.
• Monitor team performance and productivity to meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Allocate manpower effectively based on workload and priorities.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates (WMS/ERP) for all outbound transactions.
• Handle and resolve any operational issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Inventory, and Transport teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and skills.
