Beamish Recruitment Agency in Petaling Jaya on-site location is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive who speaks Bahasa Malaysia. You will make outbound calls to leads, handle enquiries, and drive sales toward targets while updating CRM records.

The role offers comprehensive training, travel allowance, and a yearly bonus within a supportive team environment. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with immediate availability being a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant information to support purchase decisions.
• Convert leads into successful sales opportunities through effective communication skills.
• Follow up with customers to increase conversion rates and maintain engagement.
• Meet daily and monthly call activity as well as sales performance targets.
• Update customer records, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in CRM system.
• Work with internal teams to optimize sales campaigns.
• Complete additional responsibilities as required.
