• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field; ITIL or manufacturing cert desirable.
• 3–5+ years OT and manufacturing systems support in regulated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident and problem management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT system support for Tulip and eDHR apps and manufacturing tech.
• Lead major incident investigations and coordinate resolutions across cross-functional teams.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and long-term improvements to reduce risks.
• Support OT deployments, upgrades, validations, and integrations.
• Maintain compliant documentation and governance.
