Job summary

Astino Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Executive to coordinate customer orders and liaise with the Production Department for planning and on-time delivery. You will prepare official orders from purchase orders, obtain approvals, and follow up on orders, coordinating scheduling and delivery dates while maintaining frequent customer communication.

Requires at least SPM/O Level or higher; Diploma preferred; Mandarin proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders; fresh

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• School leavers/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).
• Mandarin language proficiency is required to support business communications with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer order and liaise with Production Department for production planning and delivery to customer.
• Prepare Official Order according to the Purchase Order and get the approval prior to distribution to Production Department.
• Follow-up with the order if necessary, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.
• Follow-up closely with Urgent Order, Cancelled Order, On-hold Order and report customer feedback to Sales Admin Manager immediately.
• Maintain cordial relationship with customer through telecommunication.
