Job summary

Krisvconsulting Services Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries, process orders and quotations, and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Operations to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in manufacturing or related sectors, hands-on SAP or ERP experience, Salesforce is a plus, and strong Excel/Outlook skills; you will support order-to-cash processes and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or related non-banking environment.
• Experience handling customer orders, quotations, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems; Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and complaints.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP/CRM systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
