Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Order Management professional to process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will monitor inventory, resolve inquiries, maintain records, and support logistics to optimise schedules in a hybrid work setup.

Candidates should have experience with ERP/order management systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a noted requirement.

Formación

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using order management or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field within Industrial/Manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Provide regular updates to management on order processing performance and improvements.
