Job summary

Pall Corporation, based in Malaysia, is seeking an Order Management Representative to support end-to-end customer order management from entry to delivery. You will interact with sales, distribution and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, accurate service and customer satisfaction.

Based in Petaling Jaya, the role offers exposure to international business practices and a path to become a subject matter expert while applying knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset.
• Ability to work in UK hours (3pm-12am)/UK public holidays.

The Order Management Representative is responsible for the direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end to end customer order management. In this role you can grow into a subject matter expert whilst improving your knowledge of international business. This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya.
