Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Support Specialist to manage order Flow and customer communications at our Petaling Jaya site. You will liaise with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of order management or supply chain experience in SAP.
• Advanced Excel and English proficiency.

• On-site role based in Petaling Jaya, working hours 12:00–21:00 MYT.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal stakeholder queries, including Sales and Project Managers, ensuring satisfaction in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, distribution, and manufacturing to support orders and projects.
• Investigate and resolve order issues and customer disputes, including credit/debit notes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.

The Business Support Specialist is responsible for direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end-to-end customer master process, service order, and portal management. In this role you can grow into a subject matter expert whilst improving your knowledge of international business.

This position reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and is part of KL Customer Service team located in the Petaling Jaya office and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage customer and internal stakeholder queries, especially Sales and Project Managers, including complex or high-intensity cases, while ensuring customer and stakeholder satisfaction in line with business guidelines and stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as Sales, Finance, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer or project requirements while adhering to the standard work and guidelines given.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues and customer disputes, including the processing of credit and debit notes.
• Support business performance by contributing to continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• To have strong order management or supply chain knowledge in SAP dealing with project order / milestone processing, customer complaints, and returns with experience of 4-5 years.
• Extensive computer literacy with foundational Microsoft Office skills, particularly intermediate-level Excel proficiency, along with strong English proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment involving Sales, Logistics, Supply Planning, Material Master, IT, and other teams across regions.
• Working hours: 12PM - 9PM MYT

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ERP knowledge with SAP in end-to-end order management, customer master or any portals such ARIBA, Tungsten or E-commerce.
• Enquiry management knowledge using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience.
