Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking an Order Management Representative to join the Customer Service Team in Malaysia. You will handle customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring satisfaction and timely updates across sales, distribution, and manufacturing.

You will gain foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations while supporting cross-functional teamwork to meet customer needs. The role is based in Petaling Jaya and follows UK hours.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset.
• Ability to work in UK hours (3pm-12am)/UK public holidays.
• ERP knowledge with SAP preferred.

Order Management Representative is responsible for the direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end to end customer order management. In this role you can grow into a subject matter expert whilst improving your knowledge of international business.

This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya.
