Job summary

SFRESH TRADING SDN BHD is seeking anOrder Administrator to enter and verify order details, manage orders through to completion and coordinate with multiple departments on delivery schedules in Selangor. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.

Candidate should have at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent, and 1 year of experience in Retail & Trade. Proficiency in Excel and Word is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Retail & Trade industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; willing and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify order data in systems to ensure accuracy.
• Manage orders from creation to completion and monitor status.
• Coordinate with departments on orders, delivery schedules, and changes.
• Coordinate with inventory management to ensure sufficient stock for orders.
• Prepare invoices and delivery orders for orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
