Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a global leader in IT and medical industries to deliver Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM solutions. The role covers functional consulting, process re-engineering, and end-to-end implementation with regional/global rollout opportunities.

You will work with business analysts, developers, and project managers across the regional footprint. The successful candidate will have 5 years’ experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion, strong functional configuration skills, and exposure to

Qualifications

5 years of experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion within implementation project or support.
At least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation project on regional or global basis.
At least L3 support (functional side) on regional or global basis.
Oracle EBS / Fusion Technofunctional consultant with both functional and technical capabilities.
Experience in designing and configuring solutions based on changing business needs including documenting requirements and creating functional design specifications.
Strong hands-on knowledge and functional configuration experience with Oracle SCM EBS / Fusion in sub-modules such as Order management, Pricing, Quoting, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Shipping, Service.
Experience with data upload tools: FBDI / ADFdi.

Responsibilities

Participate in project implementation and day-to-day support of Oracle EBS / Fusion SCM.
Re-engineer business processes and leverage Oracle SCM EBS / Fusion capabilities.
Execute requirements gathering and translate to Business/Functional Design Documents.
Support enhancements and resolve functional issues with minimal disruption.
Collaborate with development team to review Technical Design and ensure delivery per system design.
Perform functional configuration on Oracle EBS / Fusion.
Participate in SIT and UAT with business users to ensure high-quality delivery.

about the job

To participate in project implementation (if any) and execute day to day support of Oracle EBS / Fusion (SCM module - Sales / Operations / Logistics).
To re-engineer existing business system processes and further leverage the advanced capabilities of Oracle SCM EBS / Fusion.
To execute requirement gathering, business and systems analysis and translate them into a defined Business and Functional Design Document.
To support any enhancement / improvement initiatives effort required by business.
Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues (functional side), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
To work together with the development team in reviewing & validating Technical Design while ensuring the development works delivers based on the system design and business requirement.
To execute functional configuration work on Oracle EBS / Fusion.
To participate in System integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high-quality delivery.

about the manager/team

The role is an individual contributor functional consultant role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst, business process owner and project manager on a daily support of Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM within regional setting. You will also be given an option to embark with Oracle SCM Fusion end to end greenfield and roll out implementation in other regions. The client is having global migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.

about requirements:

Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion within implementation project and/or support is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with at least L3 support (functional side) on a regional or global basis is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Oracle EBS / Fusion Technofunctional Consultant with both functional and technical capabilities are welcome to apply (roles open for both functional and technofunctional Oracle EBS / Fusion SCM)
Someone with experience in designing and configuring solutions based on changing business needs including documenting requirements and creating functional design specifications.
Strong hands-on knowledge and functional configuration experience with Oracle SCM EBS / Fusion in either one of these sub-modules ; Order management / Pricing / Quoting / Inventory / Costing / Purchasing / Shipping / Service / other related SCM modules is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with experience in either one of these data upload tools : FBDI / ADFdi is an added but not compulsary.
