Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a skilled Oracle EBS/Fusion consultant to support and implement financial modules. You will re-engineer processes, gather requirements, and create functional designs while collaborating with a regional/global team through Oracle migration from EBS to Fusion.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Oracle EBS/Fusion, with a mix of functional and technical capabilities. A Bachelor degree and a willingness to work in a hybrid Malaysia environment are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion within implementation projects or support.
At least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation project on regional/global basis.
L3 support (functional side) on regional/global basis is an added advantage.
Oracle EBS / Fusion Technofunctional consultants with functional and technical capabilities welcome to apply.
Experience in designing and configuring solutions based on changing business needs with documented requirements.

Responsibilities

Participate in project implementation and day-to-day support of Oracle EBS / Fusion Financials.
Re-engineer business processes and leverage Oracle EBS / Fusion capabilities.
Gather requirements and translate to functional/design documents.
Support enhancement initiatives and resolve functional issues with minimal business disruption.

about the job

To participate in project implementation (if any) and execute day to day support of Oracle EBS / Fusion (Financial module).
To re-engineer existing business system processes and further leverage the advanced capabilities of Oracle Financial EBS / Fusion.
To execute requirement gathering, business and systems analysis and translate them into a defined Business and Functional Design Document.
To support any enhancement / improvement initiatives effort required by business.
Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues (functional side), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
To work together with the development team in reviewing & validating Technical Design while ensuring the development works delivers based on the system design and business requirement.
To execute functional configuration work on Oracle EBS / Fusion.
To participate in System integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high-quality delivery.

about the manager/team

The role is an individual contributor functional consultant role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst, business process owner and project manager on a daily support of Oracle EBS/Fusion Financial within regional setting. You will also be given an option to embark with Oracle Financial Fusion end to end greenfield and roll out implementation in other regions. The client is having global migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.

about requirements

Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion within implementation project and/or support is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with at least L3 support (functional side) on a regional or global basis is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Oracle EBS / Fusion Technofunctional Consultant with both functional and technical capabilities are welcome to apply (roles open for both functional and technofunctional Oracle EBS / Fusion Financial)
Someone with experience in designing and configuring solutions based on changing business needs including documenting requirements and creating functional design specifications.
Strong hands-on knowledge and functional configuration experience with Oracle Financial EBS / Fusion in either one of these sub-modules ; Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets / General Ledger / Cash Management / Subledger Accounting / Tax / Customer Data Management or others is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with experience in either one of these data upload tools : FBDI / ADFdi is an added but not compulsory.
Someone with experience in either one of these reports creating tools : OTBI / BI Publisher is an added but not compulsory.
Someone who has experience in Fusion Analytics is an added but not compulsary.

about the salary & benefits
