Job summary

PwC Oracle Consulting SEA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes across multiple business functions. You will plan, manage delivery, and design overall solution architecture for ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-border delivery teams, manage governance, and ensure successful go-live readiness while maintaining tight budget and schedule controls.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Agile Certification preferred.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation programmes across multiple business functions, geographies and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation projects across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and offshore delivery resources to drive aligned execution.
• Manage programme governance activities including steering committee prep, RAID, change control and executive reporting.
• Oversee design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and define mitigation actions with leadership.
• Ensure activities follow Oracle Cloud delivery methodology and quality assurance processes.
• Support client adoption and business readiness through change management and training.
