Job summary

Better Vision is seeking an Optical Sales Assistant for our Cheras or Klang stores in Kuala Lumpur. You will help customers pick frames, lenses and accessories while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in the optical industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, sunglasses and lenses
• Provide product recommendations based on customers' lifestyle, needs and preferences
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Support sales targets and store performance
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and merchandising duties
• Assist with basic frame adjustments and after-sales service
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
• Support daily retail operations
