Focus Point Vision Care Group is seeking 3 experienced Optical Branch Managers to lead operations at The Starling Mall and IOI Bangi Fresco. You will drive daily outlet performance, sales profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience.

Responsibilities include managing operations, payroll, and cross‑department collaboration to meet targets. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the optical retail industry.
• Strong leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, driving sales performance and profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily outlet operations and administration in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Work closely with relevant departments to achieve sales targets and outlet profitability.

Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and brand experience.

Collaborate with HR to ensure staff compliance with the Company Handbook and guidelines.

Manage outlet payroll preparation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements
