Job summary

OasisEye Specialists Sdn Bhd is seeking a Registered Staff Nurse / Healthcare Assistant to join a professional eye-care team in Malaysia. You will support surgeons during operations, assist in clinics, manage CSSD sterilisation, and provide patient care and education.

The role emphasises careful documentation, patient safety, and collaboration with doctors and staff to ensure high-quality care while supporting growth initiatives within the centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Polite, caring and patient-focused
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1–3 years of relevant clinical/nursing experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• OT & Clinic Support – Assist doctors during surgeries and clinic procedures
• CSSD Management – Ensure surgical instruments are properly sterilised and always available
• Patient Care – Conduct initial assessments, assist with treatments, and prepare patients for procedures
• Patient Counselling – Provide clear health education, guidance, and emotional support
• Team Coordination – Liaise with doctors and staff to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care
• Pre & Post-Operative Care – Manage surgical patients throughout their treatment journey
• Inventory Management – Maintain adequate medical supplies, consumables, and equipment
• Patient Records & Safety – Maintain confidential health information and uphold high safety and ethical standards
• Clinical Administration – Ensure surgical charges and relevant documentation are accurately recorded
• Centre Growth – Participate in marketing, service improvement, and expansion initiatives when required
