Job summary

TENPOWER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Technician to operate and monitor production machinery for optimal output. You will work with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and keeping detailed records of performance and quality metrics. A relevant certification or diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Technician or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Adaptable to changing production demands and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the production team.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
