Job summary

Voith Paper Fabrics Ipoh Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a production associate to perform tasks per the Procedure Manual, maintain quality and a clean working environment. You will take measurements, record data, and support the Chargehand to ensure product quality and standards.

The role requires at least SPM level, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work shifts and overtime. Driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM level or higher in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing company.
• Able to work on shifts.
• Able to work overtime if required.
• Possess a valid driving / motorcycle license.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as per the Procedure Manual to maintain quality.
• Maintain a clean and healthy working environment.
• Carry out work as directed by Supervisor or Chargehand to improve product quality.
• Take measurements and records to support Quality Standards.
• Assist the Chargehand and perform other duties as assigned.
• Other relevant duties as assigned by the Board of Management.

Job description

Responsible to perform tasks in accordance with the Procedure Manual as appropriate to the task.

Responsible to maintain a clean and healthy working environment.

Responsible to carry out work as requested by the Supervisor or Chargehand in such a way as to maintain or improve the quality of the product as layed out in the Quality Manual.

Responsible to take measurements and records as laid out in the Procedure Manual to assist in the maintenance of the Quality Standards. Not withstanding the above stated job descriptions there would be other relevant duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Board of Management to suit the business environment.

To assist the Chargehand in her/his dutiesasrequested.

Any other job duties assigned to you from time to time by your Supervisor / Chargehand.

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least SPM Levelor higher in any field.

Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1Year(s) of working experience ina manufacturing companyis required for this position.

Able to work on shifts.

Able to work overtime if required.

Posses a valid driving / motorcycle license.
