Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a proactive Training Executive to support the coordination, administration, and delivery of training initiatives within the organisation. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Science, Food Science, or related Health Science.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in training coordination, learning & development, or healthcare/pharmacy operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trainee Programme Coordination: Coordinate and administer trainee programme such as PRP and related processes.
• Monitor trainee progress and ensure compliance with internal requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with PRPs, preceptors, outlet managers, and stakeholders on programme matters.
• Maintain accurate trainee documentation and records.
• Trainee Programme Coordination continued: support programme logistics and scheduling.
• Training Administration: Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, registration, venues, and logistics.
• Track training attendance, completion, and employee learning progress.
• Maintain training records and prepare training-related reports and documentation.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.
• House Brand Product Training: Coordinate and conduct house brand product training for retail employees.
• Develop and maintain product training materials and learning resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Travel and other duties as assigned by Management.

• Coordinate and administer the trainee programme e.g. Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) and its related processes.
• Monitor trainee progress and ensure compliance with internal requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with PRPs, preceptors, outlet managers, and relevant stakeholders on programme matters.
• Maintain accurate trainee documentation and records.

Training Administration

• Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, participant registration, venue arrangements, and training logistics.
• Track training attendance, completion, and employee learning progress.
• Maintain training records and prepare training-related reports and documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.

House Brand Product Training

• Coordinate and conduct house brand product training for retail employees.
• Develop, update, and maintain product training materials and learning resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product knowledge and training content remains accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Science, Food Science, or other Health Science-related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in training coordination, learning & development, or healthcare/pharmacy operations will have an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative work.
• Proactive, positive learning attitude and willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable handling administrative systems and documentation.
• Willing to travel occasionally to conduct or support training activities at retail outlets.
