Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, FinTech, Payments, Cards, OTC, Digital Assets, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day activities while maintaining a broader commercial perspective.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify issues, prioritize actions, and drive them through to resolution.
• Good commercial and analytical thinking, with a solid understanding of key business and operational drivers.
• Strong ownership, execution, and project management skills; proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in OTC, Payments, U Cards, Digital Assets, or FinTech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of OTC, Payment, and U Card businesses, ensuring smooth business execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor key business performance metrics, including revenue, transaction volume, client activity, conversion, and operational efficiency, and identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
• Take ownership of business and operational issues, working closely with Product, Sales/BD, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to drive resolution.
• Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and internal coordination mechanisms to support business growth and scalability.
• Drive business initiatives and operational projects from planning and coordination through execution, follow-up, and performance review.
• Identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and areas for improvement through business insights, data analysis, customer feedback, and market observations.
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and translate insights into practical actions and business improvements.
• Prepare business reviews, management reports, and ad-hoc analysis to support business monitoring and decision-making.
• Proactively support new business launches, product enhancements, and other strategic or operational initiatives as required.
