Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment – Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking an Assistant Supervisor / Coordinator for packing and shipping in Production. You will assist the Director in coordinating operations, mobilizing resources to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing risk while aligning with company procedures.

The role covers internal audits (FSSC & GDPMD), coordinating with departments and customers, supporting sales with product information, sourcing new products, handling overseas POs and import

Qualifications

• Assist in operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and risk management.
• Coordinate across departments to implement required practices.
• Support sales/marketing with product information and documentation.
• Recruit, orient, train and review staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in overall operations and mobilize resources to ensure customer satisfaction, complaint handling and risk management.
• Internal Auditor to carry out annual audits (FSSC & GDPMD).
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure correct processes are implemented.
• Coordinate with customers to maintain strong relationships and understand needs.
• Support sales & marketing by providing product information/documentation.
• Sourcing of new products locally or overseas when required.
• Issuing overseas PO and follow up import shipments with forwarder.
• Handle SST exemption applications, import permits, and new/renew business licenses.
• Liaise with insurance agent for insurance claims.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation, training needs and performance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned by superior.
