Job summary

CLICK IX SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end operational execution. The role focuses on delivering projects, services, and platforms on time, in scope, and with quality and SLA compliance.

The candidate will translate growth into scalable, compliant operations, lead multiple teams, and drive process improvements while maintaining governance and risk controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing operations teams.
• Proven ability to build scalable operational frameworks.
• Experience with ERP, CMS, ticketing systems, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, SOPs, and governance processes.
• Ability to manage vendors, partners, and third-party service providers.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable operational frameworks to support growth.
• Establish and improve SOPs, SLAs, and governance processes.
• Act as the escalation point for operational risks and issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, deployments, and service delivery.
• Ensure consistent delivery across projects, clients, and platforms.
• Manage installation, maintenance, after-sales, and support workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations, technical, and support teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
