Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end manpower operations and ensure service excellence across client sites. You will manage deployment, liaise with clients and HR, and conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in operations and manpower management, with strong leadership, communication in Bahasa Malay and English, and willingness to travel within Klang Valley. Independent work and driving is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, Human Resource or related discipline.
• 2–3 years' experience in operations, manpower management, cleaning services and hospital cleaning.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malay and English.
• High leadership capability with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley.
• Process own transport and valid driving license.
• Able to work independently, manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deployment and operational planning of manpower across client sites.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, field supervisors and internal HR team.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and quality assurance checks.
• Manage absenteeism, emergency replacements and shift realignments.
• Lead onboarding, briefing and disciplinary coordination with HR.
• Prepare monthly operational reports, productivity analysis and manpower forecasts.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and client service standards.
• Handle operational complaints, root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Support management in strategic operations planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
