Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an responsible, proactive Operations Executive to support daily operations and project coordination across site activities. You will handle manpower, equipment, documentation, and communication with clients and internal teams from planning to completion.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 1–2 years of experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations and project activities from planning until completion.
• Arrange work schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and other site requirements.
• Monitor site progress and follow up with supervisors and workers to ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, site representatives, supervisors, workers, and internal departments on project requirements and updates.
• Prepare and submit required pre-work documentation such as Method Statements, HIRARC/Risk Assessments, work schedules, and supporting documents.
• Ensure required permits, approvals, safety documentation, PPE, and site requirements are in place before work commencement.
• Coordinate site visits, briefings, inspections, and project handovers.
• Prepare progress reports, checklists, schedules, and other operational records.
• Follow up on client feedback, outstanding matters, and any site or operational issues.
• Assist in coordinating materials, equipment, transportation, and manpower for smooth project execution.
• Support management with project planning and other operational matters when required.
