Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring an Operation cum Recruitment Executive in Sepang to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate manpower planning, and maintain recruitment databases. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 1–3 years in recruitment or admin, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower planning and staff deployment according to operational requirements.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments regarding staffing requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, replacements, and manpower availability.
• Coordinate training programmes for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Prepare recruitment and operational reports as required.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the Management.
