Job summary

Rewardz is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to streamline voucher inventory, manage orders from initiation to fulfilment, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, reduce costs, and support growth across the APAC region in a fast-paced startup environment. Fluent English required; poly diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of work experience in operations or logistics.
• Ability to understand SOPs and suggest efficiencies in growing businesses.
• Pro-active, ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player who supports cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced change.
• Comfortable in a startup, VUCA environment and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders from initiation to fulfilment for timely delivery.
• Manage voucher inventory: forecast, purchase, expiry, extensions and reporting.
• Lead weekly forecast reporting for voucher purchases.
• Reconcile voucher inventory monthly and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfilment and assist customer support.
• Evaluate processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to address operational needs and challenges.
