Job summary

KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd, a leading Malaysia-based industrial supplier founded in 1989, seeks an Operations Executive to oversee core warehouse tasks in Penang. You will handle inbound receiving, cycle counts, and coordinate with the Operations Officer to maintain smooth daily operations, with familiarity in ERP/WMS and Microsoft AX helping you excel.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in logistics or related field, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong teamwork, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations is preferred.
Familiar with inbound receiving and inventory management.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems; knowledge of Microsoft AX and OTRS is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound receiving documentation and processes.
Perform Temporary Receiving transactions in the OTRS system per CSO requests.
Coordinate inbound receiving activities for timely processing.
Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Support daily warehouse operations with the Operations Officer to ensure smooth workflow.
