Job summary

Paluan Sejati Sdn Bhd seeks an Operations Executive to support planning, coordination and delivery of community, school and university programmes and events. The role focuses on hands-on operations, managing moving parts, and solving problems to make events happen.

You will collaborate with communities, schools and government agencies, travel for programme site visits, and ensure timely updates and reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, programme/project coordination, events, CSR, community development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of community programmes.
• Coordinate with community members, garden operators and programme participants across multiple locations.
• Monitor the progress of community projects and ensure activities are carried out according to plan.
• Collect and compile weekly programme progress updates from participating communities.
• Consolidate monthly activity, sales, yield or performance reports, where applicable.
• Follow up with relevant district and state government agencies, including technical agencies, on training plans, technical support and operational matters.
• Coordinate troubleshooting when issues arise at community project sites.
• Maintain regular communication with programme participants and motivate them to remain engaged and provide timely updates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, understand challenges and provide operational support.
• Identify challenges and opportunities for continuous programme improvement.

Operations Executive – Programmes & Events

Paluan Sejati is looking for a hands‑on, organized and people‑oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The role will support the planning, coordination and delivery of community, school and university programmes and events — from community‑based projects and garden initiatives to educational programmes, workshops, activations and large‑scale events. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing moving parts, solving problems and making things happen.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day operations of community programmes.

Coordinate with community members, garden operators and programme participants across multiple locations.

Monitor the progress of community projects and ensure activities are carried out according to plan.

Collect and compile weekly programme progress updates from participating communities.

Consolidate monthly activity, sales, yield or performance reports, where applicable.

Follow up with relevant district and state government agencies, including technical agencies, on training plans, technical support and operational matters.

Coordinate troubleshooting when issues arise at community project sites.

About you

2–4 years of experience in operations, programme/project coordination, events, CSR, community development or a related field.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Willing to travel for programme site visits and events.

Comfortable working outside normal office hours when required for programme/event execution.

Experience working with communities, schools, universities, government agencies, agriculture, sustainability or corporate programmes is an added advantage.
