Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Pricing & Solutions Professional for its Finished Vehicle Logistics team in Malaysia. You will lead pricing activities, support tenders, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused logistics solutions that drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in freight pricing, tender management, and solution design, with strong Excel skills and regional stakeholder experience. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, tender management, or solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean, Ground & Rail and Finished Vehicle Logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and RFIs to develop competitive pricing and end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare cost analyses, profitability simulations, and pricing strategies.
• Manage tender submissions ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and deadlines.
• Collaborate with BD, Operations, Procurement, Product, and regional teams.
• Monitor market data and provide pricing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support country planning and growth of Finished Vehicle Logistics.

YOUR ROLE:

Our Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) team is looking for an experienced Pricing & Solutions Professional to support the development of innovative, competitive, and customer-focused logistics solutions. In this role, you will manage pricing activities, support tender management, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions that meet customer requirements while driving business growth.

You will play a key role in supporting strategic customer opportunities, ensuring pricing accuracy, operational feasibility, and commercial competitiveness across our Finished Vehicle Logistics portfolio.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Analyze customer RFQs and RFIs to develop competitive pricing and customized end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Prepare cost analysis, profitability simulations and pricing strategies to support commercial proposals.
• Manage tender submissions by ensuring quotations are accurate, competitive, and delivered within customer deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, Product Management and regional teams to develop winning logistics solutions.
• Provide market intelligence and pricing recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and operational excellence.
• Monitor tender performance, analyse bidding results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support country business planning and contribute to the growth of the Finished Vehicle Logistics business.
• Ensure pricing activities comply with internal governance, approval processes, and business controls.
• Support customer engagements by responding promptly to pricing requests and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to product promotion initiatives alongside Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support business objectives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, and solution design within an international logistics environment. You possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical and competitive logistics solutions.

You will also have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, tender management, or solution design.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations, including Ocean Freight, Ground & Rail, and Finished Vehicle Logistics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to perform data analysis and cost modelling.
• Experience preparing quotations, managing tenders, and supporting commercial bidding activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regional and global teams.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and support different time zones when business requires.
• Mandarin speaker would be added advantage.
