Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a Senior Executive in Operations Excellence to drive continuous improvement across our logistics operations. You will leverage data analytics, structured problem-solving, and project management to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, building dashboards with Excel/Power BI/Tableau, and coaching teams on best practices. Travel for site visits may be required as part of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or analytics.
• Degree in a related field such as SCM, IE, or logistics is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools; SQL/Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies through data analysis and reviews.
• Develop structured process improvement frameworks for productivity and quality.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports for management.
