Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Well-developed communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes.
• Willingness to travel to hubs within Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities for delivery operations.
• Design and project manage initiatives for First Mile Hubs and SPX DOPs.
• Analyse data and results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and tools as required.
• Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
