Qualifications

• Six to twelve years in test engineering across structural and functional tests.
• Degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Own test limits and guardband with design authority and control the limit file.
• Drive early-build debug to root cause within agreed turnaround; report 8D closure.
• Verify station correlation, Gage R&R and parametric data before build.
• Track DPPM, first pass yield and test time against budget.
• Provide direction for subordinates and coordinate with multiple functions.
