Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years in manufacturing test or NPI.
• Proficiency in test automation scripting.
• Strong background in electromechanical systems and schematics.
• Knowledge of DFT and DFM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and qualify scalable manufacturing test systems, fixtures, and automated test scripts.
• Partner with R&D to define critical test coverage and embed DFT/DFM principles.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to investigate yield issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate next-gen manufacturing test technologies to improve accuracy, cycle time, and cost.
• Develop training materials and troubleshooting guides for Test Technicians.
