The candidate will oversee operational routines and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of plant facilities. Responsibilities include training new technicians, troubleshooting, and maintaining inventory of spare parts. A minimum of 5 years in the HVAC field and supervisory experience is required. This role emphasizes safety practices and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience related to HVAC system installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Essential knowledge of HVAC operation and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with documentation processes such as PTW and Maintenance Reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift personnel to ensure smooth operation of infra services.
• Assist shift technicians with operational and maintenance activities.
• Verify data collection to ensure zero human error.
• Train new shift technicians on operation and maintenance.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis at site.
• Ensure accountability for housekeeping and 5S practices.
• Maintain spare parts and tools inventory.
