Job summary

DAA Design Associates Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and reliable Driver cum Despatch to support daily operations. You will drive company vehicles, deliver and collect documents and materials, and assist with general operational tasks as required.

Based in Johor Bahru, you should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, own transport and a valid driving licence, and be punctual with the ability to work independently. Mandarin is an added advantage; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience as a Driver, Despatch, or in a related position is preferred.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Familiar with Johor Bahru and surrounding routes.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, documents, materials and other items.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, materials and other items as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and items when required.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and roadworthiness, and report any issues to the Management.
• Assist with other general operational duties when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
