Data Treatment & Hygiene: Clean, reformat, and validate raw data exports to guarantee immediate usability and high data accuracy.

Template Development: Design, deploy, and maintain standardized data templates, models, and recurring reporting formats to minimize manual effort business-wide.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role.
Data Manipulation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets ( Pivot Tables, complex formulas, lookup functions)
BI & Systems Aptitude: Direct experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and operational ERP/CRM systems.
Operational & Financial Acumen: Ability to understand operational workflows alongside basic financial/accounting metrics (costs, margins, volumes, utilization).
Synthesis & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate raw numbers into clear narrative summaries and visual key takeaways for non-technical stakeholders.
Bias for Action: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in fast turnaround times without compromising accuracy.
Service Orientation: Patient, approachable, and proactive when helping internal team members solve data problems.
Analytical Curiosity: Instinctively asks, "What does this data mean for the recipient, and how can I save them time interpreting it?"
High Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data auditing, ensuring figures tie out accurately across templates and system exports.
