Job summary

Liberty General Insurance Berhad invites a capable administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur office. The role oversees day-to-day operations, supervises direct reports, and coordinates agency-related requisitions, including signboard processes and terminations.

You will support compliance and governance activities in line with enterprise guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree, has at least 2 years in insurance or related fields, and can communicate effectively in English while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field, preferably in insurance.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Proficient in using office software and basic regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports to handle day-to-day operations
• Attend to requisitions relating to agency applications, signboard and termination
• Support business function inclusive of cover note float allocation, reset password, uplift account, release lock, inter branch transfer and etc
• Handling of regulatory reporting to PIAM or BNM
• Handling of agent reimbursement for printing cost and broadband charge
• Liaise with branches / stakeholders on agency related matters
• Any additional responsibilities as required on an ad-hoc basis
