Job summary

IKEA is seeking an Operations Associate to join our retail team in a dynamic store environment. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy, and help customers at self-checkout while resolving basic payment or operational issues.

The role offers exposure to Click & Collect, returns processing, and queue management, with opportunities to support IKEA Food operations when required. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player will thrive here.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Associate, you will:

Provide excellent customer service across different areas of the store.

Support stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and product availability.

Assist customers at self-checkout and help resolve basic payment or operational issues.

Support Click & Collect, customer collections, and queue management.

Process customer returns according to company procedures.
