The role emphasizes maintaining system integrity, handling second-level support, and overseeing configuration for tools such as SAX, Jira, E-Claims and Zendesk, while driving smooth changes and minimizing service disruptions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, MIS or related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Analyst with focus on SQL, system administration and 2nd level support.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good planning and organizational skills to meet timescales.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication.
