Euroclear Malaysia is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the FundSettle Transfers Team. You will act as an intermediary between FundSettle and external Transfer Agents, handling transfer instructions, dispute resolution, and documentation dispatch.

You will collaborate with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal teams to resolve queries, monitor transfers, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 1-3 years of industry experience related to financial services operations with understanding of investment operations and operational excellence.
• Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
• Well-developed organizational and critical thinking skills to resolve complex day to day issues independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and networking abilities with sub-custodians and internal/external departments.
• Detail oriented, excellent accuracy skills and good understanding in mutual fund and hedge fund are strongly recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, validate, and release transfer instructions via FundSettle.
• Monitor pending and rejected transfers, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement.
• Liaise with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and expedite settlements.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of transfer documentation to Transfer Agents.
• Follow up on contract notes and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex cases, including rejected or technically failed transfers.
• Escalate critical issues and contribute to the daily Critical Transfers report.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance settlement timeliness and service quality.
• Participate in monthly reviews of client queries and agent performance.
