Job summary

Texas Instruments Malaysia is seeking a recent graduate for a Supply Chain & Operations role in Kuala Lumpur onsite. You will analyze demand, supply, and shipments to identify opportunities and risks impacting order fulfillment, and build strong relationships with factory operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, CGPA 3.3/4.0, and excellent communication across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field with CGPA 3.3/4.0 or higher.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional departments and factories.
• Fresh graduate or <2 years of relevant experience post-graduation.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur onsite at TIM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, supply, and shipment trends to identify opportunities and risks to order fulfillment objectives.
• Build relationship with factories' Operations team to promote a cooperative environment.
• Maintains reports to support performance, reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures.
• Communicate effectively at all levels in a timely manner.
• Apply business acumen and in-depth planning knowledge to manage deviations and internal/external enquiries.
