Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia is seeking an Operations Administrator to lead the client services team and ensure a high standard of service across new field and laboratory operations in our Energy services stream.

You will manage day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and work with colleagues to meet client expectations within agreed turnaround times while upholding health, safety and environmental procedures.

WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia with a focus particularly in our Energy services business stream. The Operations Administrator will provide day to day management of the client services team ensuring a professional level of service is being maintained and exceeded. This role involves handling client service teams, focusing on all aspects of delivering and establishing a new field and laboratory operation.

Some of the job responsibilities include:

• Ensure that Client Services drive success of their departments
• Ensuring that all operational tasks are conducted in an efficient and professional manner
• To ensure that client expectations are met, exceeded and certification is within the agreed turnaround times
• Work in conjunction with others to ensure quality is exceeded
• Ensure compliance with all Company Health, Safety & Environmental procedures as instructed

Travel / Rotation Requirements

• Travel as required both domestically and internationally.
• Must have a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as necessary.
• Must be available to meet the business needs
