Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Admin Lead to guide the Admin team and drive KPIs such as POD accuracy, timeliness, and customer service levels. You will work closely with warehouse, operations, sales and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations and timely follow-up.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or Operations Management and strong Excel, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in operations administration, preferably with experience supervising or guiding a team.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Operation Admin team to achieve operational KPIs, particularly POD accuracy, timeliness and customer service level.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations and timely follow-up.
• Monitor operational issues and ensure proper escalation and resolution within the required timeline.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and operational requirements.
• Review existing work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Handle ad-hoc and urgent operational matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Apply cost-conscious decision-making while maintaining operational efficiency and service standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, tracking and analysis for management review.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
