You will lead workstreams, analyze data, and produce reports while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. This role requires 5–7 years of analytical/operational experience and a strong communication capability.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an analytical, operations, or business analysis role.
• Transfer Agency experience within the funds industry.
• Experience in the funds industry, covering general fund operations and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to lead project tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex or variable data sets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across technology, product, and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance

Aufgaben

• Lead project workstreams independently, translating data and stakeholder input into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements as an Operational Readiness Analyst, coordinating closely with technology, product, and operations teams.
• Coordinate with technology, product, and operations teams to ensure funds-related processes run smoothly.
• Analyze internal and external market metrics to support decision-making across the function and client groups.
• Review data management items, including data quality issues, production reviews, and trending reports, to identify patterns and risks.
• Segment complex data sets based on customer behavior to inform targeted recommendations.
• Prepare data quality reports and present analytical findings to management, communicating potential business impact.
• Identify operational risks and support compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
