Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Process Excellence professional to identify gaps, collect data, and implement improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.

You will work with operations and Data Analyst teams to track KPIs, drive cost reduction, and manage end-to-end process initiatives across time and resources.

• Support the implementation of measurements and reporting systems to track efficiencies.
• Work closely with operation team to ensure all KPIs are met.
• Responsible in cost reduction initiative.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst team on data analysis.
• Provide input and recommendations and implement for continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives.
• To improve process efficiency, manage an end-to-end process excellence initiative (Time, Cost, Customer experience).
• Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
