Job summary

Razer Inc. invites applications for Associate Operational Compliance Manager to strengthen our global compliance program in Malaysia.

You will support day-to-day monitoring, draft and maintain policies, and assist with AML/CFT and sanctions screening, due diligence, and regulatory reporting. You will liaise with regulators, coordinate license processes, and help embed compliance into daily operations across our global teams.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services (banking, payments or other regulated industries).
• Experience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.
• Strong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls documentation.
• Support AML/CFT and sanctions screening, customer due diligence and transaction monitoring processes.
• Coordinate regulatory returns, periodic reporting and responses to regulator queries or examinations.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business and assess operational impact.
• Act as day-to-day liaison with BNM and other relevant authorities on compliance matters, including supporting regulatory license applications or renewals as and when required.
• Support audit and regulatory examination engagements.
• Partner with business units to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.
• Deliver AML/CFT training and compliance awareness sessions to operational staff.
