Job summary

ISCISTECH Business Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Operations Support specialist to assist the operations team with daily tasks and documentation.

You will provide administrative support, coordinate activities, maintain records, monitor inventory, liaise with suppliers and customers, and help implement improved procedures. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and a valid B2 license is compulsory.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding operational matters.
• Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
• Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases.
• Update sales report on daily activities/events to the management.
